How do I book a table?

Can I request table?

Space is scheduled on a first come, first serve basis and VIP table holders have the priority.


What is the dress code?

Dress to impress- Cocktail


What are the timings of the evening?

7:00PM Welcome Reception
8:00PM First Course
8:15PM 1st round of Awards
8:35PM Second Course
9:05PM 2nd round of Awards
9:25PM Entertainment
9:55PM Dessert
10:25PM 3rd round of Awards
10:55PM After show party
12:00AM End of the ceremony

What's on the menu?

The menu will be sent through an email a  few weeks before the ceremony. Please make sure you provide your dietary requirements by responding to that email. 


Will there be drinks on the night?

Yes, your table includes drinks throughout the night, including welcome reception, throughout the ceremony and after show party. Only VIP packages get champagne upgrades.


Will judges be coming too?

Yes, most of the judges already confirmed their attendance. Most of them are part of press, so exposure guaranteed.


Will you be providing marketing?

All finalists are part of our marketing campaign. VIP table holders and sponsors receive an extensive marketing campaign and exposure, including internal emails to Insurance Nexus database, interviews, press releases within the Insurance Nexus database and media partners.


When do we find out who's won?

Winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony on September 12th.


Do you provide a discount for a hotel room for the night?

Yes, you will receive all the information about your room booking after reserving the table. Discount will be included automatically.
