Event Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply between the registrant(s) as specified on the registration and Reuters Events.

The term ‘Reuters Events’ or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Reuters News & Media Ltd, 5 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AQ. Registered in England and Wales: 2505735.

By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Cancellation Policy

It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague or client if you are unable to attend. You must inform the customer services team of this change in writing prior to the event.  However, your personal registration cannot be shared with other individuals during the event.

You will incur 50% cancellation fee prior to 6 weeks and no refund thereafter.

For all cancellations received less than one month prior to the event, we will be obliged to charge the full fee.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19 our standard cancellation fee of 50% will no longer be implemented. However, there will be a small administration fee of $150 applied.

Event Amendments

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the agenda, format, speakers, location and any other aspect of the event without notice.

Method of Payment

In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast and efficient please make sure full payment is received by Reuters News & Media Ltd prior to the conference date. If your full payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.

Discounts

Only one discount at a time can be applied to your conference registration fee.

If you are using a discount code the discount will be deducted from the current online price of the ticket.

Data Usage

The personal information you provide to us will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Your data will be used to create a delegate list (physical or digital) for the event containing ONLY your Name, Company & Job Title.  This attendee list will be shared with event attendees. Direct contact details (e.g. email, telephone) will never be shared with event attendees.

Your data may be shared with third parties for providing services specific to your event attendance including, but not limited to: Registration Providers, Event App Providers, Networking providers.   You will not receive marketing messages from these providers.

For events employing Exhibitor Lead Retrieval Services, your event badge will carry a barcode number linked to your personal profile.  Where you allow your badge to be scanned by a third party – Exhibitors, Sponsored workshops etc. – you consent to your details being shared with that third party who may contact you in the future.  You have the option to unsubscribe from any of these email communications at any time.
