3 conferences in 1: Transform core pillars of innovation, product and customer

Outdated products and clunky service are no longer acceptable with viable alternatives available – insurers must meet customer’s needs and demands now or lose their customers forever.

However – no department can achieve this single-handedly, so it is essential for all core business departments to come together and transform their part of the insurance equation simultaneously.

Which is why Connected Insurance Europe is hosting three conferences in one – providing organisations with the necessary strategies to transform each core pillar of Product Development, Strategy and Innovation and Communication of Value to Customer, as one.

Here’s how:

Innovation and Strategy
  • Maximise the latest market opportunities whilst simultaneously building the most detailed view of the customer you’ve ever seen
  • Succeed through early-stage product phases; ultimately delivering on cutting-edge research, customer feedback, and innovative brainstorming
Product Development
  • Communicate super-efficiently to deliver financially viable products and services that will dazzle your customer
  • Boost product value with third-party relationships that plug the operational and technical gaps
Communication of Value to the Customer
  • Prove the value of new product and services to current and new client bases with excellent communication and marketing
  • Smash company expectations in terms of customer uptake for new product development- the ‘rules of attraction’ that deliver on company ROI goals

5 reasons your organisation cannot miss this event

We put insurers and their challenges and opportunities first. Technology and third parties are crucial but they are secondary to the insurers’ requirements. This means you will walk away with the best possible understanding of real change from the insurance community and not simply a list of un-proven tech.

No buzzwords for buzzwords’ sake. You want strategic guidance from your peers based on actual evidence and current market conditions. Take back to your office case-study advice and make real changes inside your company.

Collaboration not contention. This agenda brings the communities of insurers and tech specialists together in order to begin new partnerships. The end of this event will be the new beginning of something bigger for your organisation. Do not waste the opportunity.

The agenda is led by insurer leadership teams and is not supplier heavy, or supplier-driven. We are showcasing the biggest and brightest projects so that you will leave inspired by scalable innovation projects.

Presentations and panels are vetted so that there is no repetition or vagueness. We deliver clear, case-studies that you can apply to your own organisation. You won’t leave this event fatigued by the same message over and over again. Every minute is valuable.

This is the era of ‘no excuses’ for insurance companies

It is widely accepted that ‘relevant’ insurers will never fail to deliver personalised insurance product and services. We at Insurance Nexus have a huge respect for this endeavour, and for those that prove themselves to be ambitious, embracing of change and willing to provide the customer with exactly what they’re looking for. In tribute to this process, we are hugely excited to gather the community together and to provide the platform that allows the industry’s innovation to become a reality. This will be the basis for Connected Insurance Europe 2019.

There is no doubt that the industry has taken forward steps in the last twelve months. It’s been fantastic to hear details around this momentum from our Advisory Board (see details of members on the home page). Agile start-ups have piled pressure onto the incumbents to deliver product that interacts with the customer intuitively and responds in a bespoke fashion to the customer’s requirements. And isn’t it exciting to see? The collaborations that have been forming are changing the industry and the public’s perception of insurance forever.

We must remember however that bringing in any successes through innovation comes at great cost. Internally insurers are tackling issues with legacy systems and processes, communication, culture, and enterprise architecture. Only with a simultaneous approach to improvement can the future in connected propositions be realised.

By gathering the ‘agents of change’ within the insurers, including product, innovation, strategy, IT and technology the next steps can, and will be taken. Practically speaking, this means excellent partnerships and third-party integration; the enhancement of operational capabilities and product functionality.

We can’t wait to provide the most effective platform for new connections to be forged; partnerships that ultimately convert into the next generation of products and services for the consumer. Can you?

Don’t miss the biggest debate in insurance- Join us in Amsterdam and make the most of this opportunity to engage with a truly pan-European audience.
